Assalamualaikum, in the early
semester, we have been given a briefing from our lecturer, Sir. Azril Bin
Othman about our project which is designing a website for our client. The
function of the site is to introduce the new products of our client company to
users all over the world
and the new products produced is to enhance the client income. The objectives of this project is to
create new concept store,
to produce new products for client,
to sketch a new products plan
and to create the product brand.
In the first week, we have been told to form a group which is 4 person in a
group and there where my group is formed, Oritras Group. After forming a group,
every group must find one small company to create a website and new products
for the company. After finishing all those terms, we have been asked to make
group profile documentation and make a presentation about “Group Profile
Presentation” which introduced our group and every single person in the group
with the tasks. We also have found our client which is Zaktar Enterprise, and
we have produced new products for the client which is Zaktar Spa Enterprise.
Zaktar Enterprise is about a healthy products such as herbs drink, zaktar
leaves, robe, herbatulsauda honey and more.
Next, in week 2, we have to create 6
website designs and make presentation about all the website which is “Website
Design Presentation” and one of the best design will selected. Around week 3,
we have given a task to make project proposal documentation which include the
client signature in the document and present about it, “Project Proposal
Presentation”. In week 4, every group must make project specification
documentation which also needed the signature of the client. Around week 6, we
started to create and design the real website of our client products. In this
creation, we used Dreamweaver Software (HTML), Adobe Photoshop, and browser.
Every week all groups must show their progress to our lecturer. If there any
mistakes, our lecturer will gave an advices and ideas how to overcome with the problems.
After the website design is almost done, we have to make a presentation of
“Website Presentation” to explain about the website.
Last but not least, after all those
tasks is successful and complete, we have to make our final presentation of “Final
Website Presentation”. In those final presentation every group will be judge
with judges in those room including our lecturer. After presentation we need to
make final documentation. Lastly, we need to customized our file and send to
our lecturer last of the final week which in the exam week. Besides all this
works and tasks, every week we must fill in our progress report, make minutes
meeting and memos about all the week meeting that we have made and put all of
it in the file.
